Speedtest

Please note that Speed Test sites have been disabled at Ciudad Patricia - This is because when you run a Speed Test, it consumes all the available bandwidth and causes problems with other CP residents who require bandwidth to watch TV and other internet related activities.

If you believe there is a problem with your internet, please check your router;

Fibre customers - If the first 3 blue lights are blue, you have internet connection. If you have a red light, you need to call 615618010 and register the fault.

ADSL customers - If the first 3 lights on your router are green, you have internet. If the fourth light is lit, you also have wifi turned on. If the fourth light lit is off, you need to press the WiFi button for 1 second only and the wifi light should light up. If you still have a problem, call reception or 615618010.
